Our summer home is situated 25 KM southeast from chios centre and 20 from Chios airport at a land of 2500 m2 with its border to the Viri Beach a lovely bay. The house is situated at the top of the land with a unique view of the Sea .Literally the sound of the waves accompanies your dreams The biggest nearby village is Nenita 5 km away with supermarkets farmacy etc.Komi a well known resort with sandy beach and many taverns bars etc is 1 km away. Emporios the most famous beach of Chios with the black stones is 5 km away Near the house at walking distance there are two taverns
Mesta Pyrgi Olympoi the famous medivial villages are 15 minutes drive away The new mastic museum is on your way
Yazlık evimiz Sakız Adası merkezinin 25 km. güneydoğusunda bulunmaktadır; 2500 m2 bir alanın üzerine inşa edilmiştir ve çok güzel bir koy olan Viri Kumsalına kıyısı bulunmaktadır. Denize, dalgaların sesi rüyalarınıza eşlik edecek kadar yakında olacaksınız. Ev, arazinin tepesinde konumlandırılmıştır ve eşsiz bir manzaraya sahiptir. Misafirlerimiz bize özel patikayı kullanarak Viri Kumsalına inebilir, orada denizin ve kumsalda uzanmanın keyfini çıkarabilir. En yakın mesafede bulunan büyük köy Nenita’dır; 5 km uzaklıkta bulunmaktadır ve burada süpermarket, eczane gibi ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabilirsiniz. Bilinen bir yerleşim yeri olan ve kumlu bir sahili ve birçok taverna ve barı barındıran Komi ise yalnızca 1 km. uzaklıktadır. Eve yürüyüş mesafesinde olan iki adet de taverna mevcuttur. Mesta, Pyrgi ve Olympoi adlı meşhur ortaçağ şehirleri ise arabayla 15 dakika uzaklıktadır.
