The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a large closet and full dresser of drawers. The den has a full-sized sofa bed for guests and a SmartTV that you can use with your personal multi-media accounts such as Netflix and Amazon.
Bathroom
The renovated bathroom has radiant-heated tile floors, a deep bathtub with overhead shower and brass fixtures.
Cabana
The detached garage has been converted into a cabana that has a large washer/dryer under a butcher block counter and sink. The cabana also has casual seating that we use as a reading nook and French sliding doors that can be opened up on a warm day or night.

Fast internet connection provided by Xfinity.
Back Yard & Patio
The back door leads right to a brick patio that steps down to a quaint garden with succulents, flowering shrubs and lemon trees. There is a day bed that’s great for lounging in the nice weather, especially in the afternoon.

*One compact car fits in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking right outside the house. Please make sure to check the street signs before parking.
*The fireplace is not to be used. Decorative purposes only.
* We installed Arlo cameras in front and back of the house but will disable them when the guests are here.
