The Space:
Welcome to our newly renovated home! We are located in a quiet, safe, and friendly residential area. Here you will find 4 cozy bedrooms including 4 Queen beds and 2 Full beds. Enough space for the whole family including your pets (12 people total)! Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 have a queen bed with a personal closet and dresser to store your items away. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and a comfy bunk bed set. The bunk beds are full-size mattresses and can sleep 4 people total. There are 2 full-size bathrooms. Bathroom 1 has 2 vanities, a toilet, and a stand-up shower. Bathroom 2 offers privacy with 1 vanity, a toilet, and a personal stand-up shower.
Our kitchen includes all new stainless steel appliances and is equipped with cooking utensils (pots, pans, silverware, etc). The kitchen includes a microwave, stove, 2 door refrigerator, and a freezer. The kitchen flows nicely into the dining room where there is a table for 6. You will see additional countertop seating in the kitchen for 2 people. Our open-concept living space allows for the whole family to enjoy time together without feeling like there is no room. You also have access to a laundry room. Also, we have a nice 6 seaters outdoor furniture that would let you enjoy weather while kids play there.
We also have a fenced good size backyard with outdoor chairs and table to be able to relax at nice weather night. It eases up your mind not worrying about dogs and kids playing around you.
We understand concerns around Covid-19 and our guest’s health are important to us. We can assure you we are taking extra precautions to thoroughly disinfect our place between stays.

The Neighborhood:
Do you like eating out, like Andy's Kitchen, Dave & Buster's, Long Horn Steak House, Ramen Legend, and Chuck E. Cheese. And if your looking for the best in town eat at Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet. My god that place is tasty. Ohhh… I forgot about my new favorite seafood restaurant, surfing crab (be sure to go early since the lines normally are pretty long but it’s very worth of the wait).
Getting Around:
Padre Island National Seashore: Visit this naturally beautiful 70-mile stretch of white sand beach, science dunes, and warm ocean water. Perfect area for a day spent swimming, windsurfing, fishing, or just relaxing. Estimated Time Needed: 1 Hour- All Day
2. Glowing Kayak Tours- North Padre Island: Experience aquatic life at night from the seat of your kayak as you are guided around the Bay. Estimated Time Needed: 2 Hours
3. USS Lexington Museum on the Bay: Explore the longest-serving Essex Class aircraft carrier of World War 2. Estimated Time Needed: 2-3 Hours
4. Texas State Aquarium: Explore the homes of more than 500 different species just minutes from Corpus Christi’s downtown district. Estimated Time Needed: 3 Hours
5. Corpus Christi Harbor Bridge: Admire the architecture during the day or watch the must see night light show after sunset
Other Things to Note:
The shower in the master bedroom might be smaller since this was how house was built at old time in the area. We were not able to easily expend it.
We provide the bath towels for the number of people staying. Please don’t take the bath towels outside for swimming or other usage.
We do provide most of cookware, basic seasoning ingredients, 1 roll of paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom regardless of how many days you stay. If you need more things during your stay, HEB grocery store nearby is your friend.
We would like to ensure that the AC function nice and cool during your stay so in order to prevent overheating/overrunning to cause some issues on AC, especially during super-HOT summer in TX, the temperature will be controlled above 70 degrees.
This is TX. We got lots of bugs/mosquitos friends. We try our best to treat it and keep it out of the house but chances are that they might sneak in when you open and close the door. If see a couple, please say bye bye and clean them.
