Our home is a on a 3.2 acre gated property. The neighborhood is quiet. There are fruit and nut trees and an outdoor oven. The home is on one level and we just built a ramp for easy access. The home is spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. We have several farm animals in the pasture next to the house (horses, geese, chickens, sheep, lamb and goats). Guests may look at the animals from the gate but are not allowed entry to the pasture. There is ample parking. There is a front porch to look across at the mountainside and a variety of beautiful trees and birds. Visit nearby wineries and a super fun family water park. Enjoy hiking, apple picking, outlet shopping in Gilroy. Close to Santa Cruz, Carmel, Monterey, San Jose, Moss Landing. Close to some great ocean fishing. Enjoy a day of golf at near by Coyote Point Golf Course. Eat at some great restaurants in downtown Morgan Hill. Sleep in - One king size bed, two queen size beds, three twin size beds. Two couches, one love seat.
