The bright and friendly renovated holiday apartment is on the first floor of a former hotel in the village of Ploulec'h. The small hamlet of Yaudet is located above the Leguer estuary, just 300 m from the sandy bay of Pont Rous. The small residence with a total of six apartments includes a common lawn area with outdoor seating. Here you will find an ideal alternative to a hotel or guest room, because the apartment offers holiday comfort, enough space and, above all, the opportunity to cater for yourself. All around there is fresh fish, delicious seafood and good Breton vegetables, often of organic quality. From Le Yaudet you can take beautiful walks along the river Leger to the town of Lannion. In the lively seaside resort of Trebeurden and especially in the seaside resort of Perros Guirec there is a wide range of sports and leisure activities. Here you will find wellness centers, casino, golf, sailing schools and much more. A day trip to the Seven Islands, a true paradise for bird lovers, is also recommended.
