This unique, exclusive villa is located in a small typical Cretan village. Built against a mountainside, completely private and secluded, this villa offers an oasis of calm, an unobstructed view over the Bay of Kissamos and the Gramvousa peninsula, breathtaking views over the mountains and overwhelming and unforgettable sunsets. Away from the tourist crowds, the beaches of Ravdoucha are nearby, the village has quiet pebbly beaches with tamarisk trees and rocky soil making it ideal for snorkeling. In the two local seaside taverns you can enjoy the delicious Greek cuisine. For shopping and for a wide choice of taverns, the coastal town of Kolymbari, only 10 minutes drive away, is the preferred location. You will find here a large supermarket, bank, bakery, pharmacy and post office. Close and more than worth discovering are the old town of Chania, the gramvousa islands and the lagoon of Balos, the white sandy beaches of Falassarna and Elafonisi, the Rodopos peninsula, especially loved by hikers and cyclists.
A double, iron gate provides access to the house, there is a spacious garage with storage space. Above the garage is a fully tiled swimming pool of 28m2 that seems to run straight into the sea. Around you discover different resting places and a spacious covered terrace where you can enjoy the sun, the shade and the beautiful sunset.
Upon entering the house you will find a spacious, open living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. On this floor there is also a bathroom and a double room (two single beds). A tiled staircase leads to the upper floor with two very spacious bedrooms (one room with two double beds and one room with a double bed and a single bed) each with a separate bathroom. Both have their own balcony with spectacular views.
