It has private and closed parking. The house is bordered by a wooden terrace extended by a lawned and planted garden, with a portico, sun loungers, a garden furniture and a barbecue.

On the mezzanine, a bedroom with a 140 cm sofa bed, a desk, a TV and a DVD player.
The cottage is comfortable with electric heating. A stove allows the comfort of a wood fire when the evenings cool.
Baby equipment is available.
