A bright and welcoming living room with a kitchen (electric oven, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave) opening onto a lounge (2 sofas and an armchair, TV, internet) and then a dining room raised two steps. The "Bambouseraie" bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm), the "Campagne" bedroom has a single bed (90 cm) and a double bed (140 cm), and the "Terra Cotta" bedroom has a double bed (140 cm). Each bedroom has a private bathroom/shower room and separate WC. Laundry room with a washing machine and a small fridge-freezer. A large, enclosed garden (1000 m²) offers the possibility of enjoying meals on the terrace (plancha grill) in complete privacy, creating a relaxing haven. Parking for up to three vehicles.
