This 125m² air-conditioned house comprises a large living room with open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a single bed and one with a single bed but a second bed is available.
There is also a bathroom upstairs and a downstairs shower room, a large, leafy garden with trees and an above-ground composite wood swimming pool that was replaced in June 2021. For the safety of the little ones, the pool ladder is removable.
Possibility of arriving on Friday, Saturday or Sunday to avoid traffic jams on arrival and departure.
Pleasantly laid-out house with a large living area, an office room, wifi with fibre, lots of games for the children on the ground floor and upstairs, a real piano, toilets on both levels, spacious bedrooms with mosquito nets in each window, the possibility of an extra bed, a very large, pleasant terrace to the east (with a micro-perforated pergola cover to prevent suffocation), a small terrace to the west, a "Le Marquier" plancha.
The trampoline that can be glimpsed in some photos is no longer present.
The kitchen is fully equipped (pyrolysis oven, food processors, American fridge, dishwasher, microwave, small electrical appliances, toaster, etc.). A deep fryer, washing machine and hoover are in the utility room.
Bed linen and shower towels are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival.
Toilet paper and hand soap are available on arrival, as well as basic ingredients (sugar, spices, vinegar, etc.).
If you have a baby or toddler under the age of 3, I also have a cot, a baby mattress, a mosquito net for the cot and a safety gate for the single bed.
A welcome booklet on your arrival will explain the essentials (description of the beaches, location of food shops, summary of instructions for use of the air conditioning, plancha, mist-maker, wifi code, etc.).
