There are two living rooms, one with an impressive marble fireplace
with large windows viewing the pool and another, even more spacious,
with sofas and great views of the garden. In addition, there is a
workspace for those who wish to combine vacation with work. A
comfortable dining room, with a seating arrangement for several
guests, is connected with the spacious kitchen which is equipped with
the most modern appliances. An en-suite bedroom (guestroom) is also
available at the ground floor level. The outstanding marble staircase
with the handmade railing leads to the first floor where four stylish
en-suite bedrooms are located. The master bedroom comes with a king
bed and a hot tub. All the bedrooms are equipped with air
conditioning, satellite TVs, wardrobes, mosquito screens and balconies
with great views either to the sea or to the mountains. There is also
a fully equipped room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, iron board
and storage cupboards. At the external area of the villa, there is a
well-maintained swimming pool with sun loungers, gardens with
ornamental plants, small children’s pool, a children’s playground and
