Villa Chiquitita is a recently renovated traditional house, with a private heated pool, located on the hillside above Agios Stefanos and Kerasia Beach, in the North East of Corfu, very close to Kalami and Kassiopi popular resorts.
The private pool can be heated on request during the cold months, and air-conditioned bedrooms, lovely gardens, and exceptional terraces offer stunning sea views and dreamy sunrises. This unique holiday home provides all the comforts to make someone's stay enjoyable and stress-free.
Chiquitita is situated among the local olive groves, in Vigla hamlet. It is spacious for a family or party of 6 persons who will be accommodated in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms.
Layout
It is constructed to take advantage of the stunning views of the narrows between Corfu and Albania, with a living room on the first floor. A twin-bedded room and the main bathroom are accessed from the hall, and both benefit from exceptional views. This part of the house includes a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with patio doors open onto a breathtaking balcony.
The interior staircase (stair safety baby gates are available) lands on the downstairs level, which features themaster bedroom and a double bedroom, both with en-suite and patio doors opening onto the rear terrace. A hallway's back door also opens onto this terrace and the pool area. A built BBQ alongside dining facilities is available on this part of the house, ideal for those who wish to try their cooking skills and dine al-fresco.
Pool and Terraces
The 7m x 5, private poolis located at the sunniest corner of the garden, two steps lower from the terrace, and it is accessed on its shallow end by stairs. A sophisticated degree, 70 centimetres below the pool's surface, stretching to its full length, provides a great underwater seat, perfect for relaxing in the water. It can be heated on request during the cold months.
The Location
Villa Chiquitita is ideally positioned for visiting all parts of the island, including mountain villages, sightseeing, hiking, or enjoying the lovely beaches of Kerasia and Kalami, which are only a short drive away.
The "Local Kensington On the Sea" Agios Stefanos, the famous Avlaki beach, and the cosmopolitan village of Kassiopi is slightly further. Still, a visit is a must, if not a daily need.

Finding Seclusion and Serenity at Villa Chiquitita
My friends and I stayed at Villa Chiquitita for a couple of days in June to unwind after a festival and absolutely loved our time there. The home is peaceful, secluded, calm and serene, which was exactly what we were looking for. While the villa is only reachable by car, many great restaurants, beaches and shops are easily accessible within a short drive, making the location very convenient to explore the surrounding area. The view is fantastic (I already miss waking up to that), and the villa is very well maintained and equipped with everything you may need, from kitchen supplies to mosquito spray or pool toys.
