Just 200m from the sea, this sunny and spacious apartment (100sqm) with 40sqm terrace, has stunning panoramic view over Ververonda lagoon, from almost every room. The villa is located near Porto Heli and the cosmopolitan island of Spetses, thus making it the perfect place to explore the dreamy beaches and the natural beauty of the area.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons and it has two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen-bed, LCD TV, an A/C and a private balcony and a twin room with two separate single beds.
