Old newly restored building on private land, 4/6 people. On the ground floor room of 40 m2 including kitchen, dining area and living room with toilet / sink. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160 and 2 beds of 100/110 cm, bathroom and separate toilet. There is also a large terrace surrounded by grass and a parking lot.
The cottage is equipped with: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washer dryer, vacuum cleaner, wood-burning fireplace, TV with DVD / Blue Ray player, radio CD player, living room garden with umbrella, barbecue, deck chairs.
Underfloor heating on 2 levels is provided by a geothermal heat pump.
Possibility of sleeping 2 additional people (over 4) in the sofa very comfortable (extra 40 € / week). Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival.

The building is entirely independent on a plot of 450 m2 with private entrance, parking possible 2 cars, metal gate lockable. Large sunny terrace all day.
