Located in the heart of the Port, 3 minutes walk from the landing stage, all shops and less than 10 minutes from the beaches, in a quiet and emblematic street of Port-Joinville, Rue du Secret. Townhouse (facing South and West), with a courtyard with wooden terrace, completely renovated with views of the roofs, flower gardens, and bell tower of the Port can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
With three comfortable bedrooms, one of which gives access via a "platform ladder" to a fourth bedroom in the attic, this house is ideal for family holidays.
The master bedroom has a 160 x 200 bed, the second, a 140 x 200 bed, the third, two 80x200 beds convertible into 160 x 200 and finally, the one in the attic, a 140x200 bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped, gas hob, extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster ………… toothpicks and nutcrackers ... all attached to a laundry room with it, washing machine and dryer!
And as we strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we also offer you a bathroom with bath and WC, and a separate WC! ;)
The bedding and the appliances are completely new.
Thanks to its exposure and its geographical location, this house is also ideal for holidays out of season.
In a spirit of rest and disconnection, we have neither installed TV nor Internet. You will however find in the house games for children, books, board games, playing cards ...
Household linen (bath sheets and sheets) and cleaning are included.
