Positive: The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, and appeared to be recently renovated, with nice cabinets and new bathroom fixtures. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. TV with Netflix provided. Very roomy. Hosts were pleasant and accommodating. Definitely everything you need for a couple days stay - better than a hotel room! Location is only a 15 minute walk to a plaza with various restaurants, circle K, Oxygen Yoga, liquor store etc. Also right next to a large park with a running trail, outside exercise equipment and frisbee golf.

Negative: It seems like they are still in the middle of renovating, the entrance to the suite has a run-down appearance and the interior walls are in bad shape. This gave a bad first impression. This is a basement suite, and doesn't have much sound proofing, so there was a fair bit of family noise, but once we realized that it was fine, not over the top, just regular family noise is to be expected.

Summary: Happy with the accommodations.
