3 Bedroom Villa in Plaka, Almyrida
VILLA PINDARAKIS is a spacious three bedroomed villa with two terraces and two balconies, located within 10 minutes level walk of the sandy beach, tavernas and little supermarkets of Almyrida. It is one of a group of privately owned villas on a site on the outskirts of the resort, away from the main roads and located opposite an olive grove.
The upstairs front bedroom leads out onto a wrap around balcony with panoramic views of the “White Mountains”. The second upstairs bedroom looks out over the two shared swimming pools set in attractively planted communal areas. The main shower room is also upstairs. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor with easy access to the second smaller shower room.
The rear terrace, which looks out over the pools and garden areas, provides a spacious sitting and eating area. The smaller front terrace, overlooking an olive grove, provides a second ground floor outdoor area. Upstairs, the front balcony as mentioned before is accessed through the front bedroom; the rear balcony by a patio door.
Inside the villa has air-conditioning units in all three bedrooms as well as in the combined living room and kitchen area. Wifi is available in all rooms. The villa is well-equipped with cooking, dining and clothes washing facilities.
Off-road parking for a single car plus plenty of space for more on the no through road outside the villa.

Almyrida is located on the north-western coast of Crete and is about 30 kilometres from Chania airport. Car hire and airport transfers are available from the airport. Alternatively, there is a regular airport bus service into Chania and from there out to Almyrida.
Almyrida is a small seaside resort situated in a sheltered bay with several sandy beaches with Blue Flag status, perfect for swimming. The village has a good selection of family-friendly tavernas along the beach front, some with seating on the beach, perfect for a relaxed meal. There are several little supermarkets, a pharmacy, souvenir shops and a couple of bakers.
For the active, there is a scuba diving and snorkelling company based in the village and, in the summer, canoes and windsurfing boards are available for hire on the beach front. There are many beautiful walks in the countryside around Almyrida.
