Summary: Property was clean, check-in, check-out without any issues. Kitchen stove is really great. Unfortunately the kitchen equipment is not. If you consider to cook here, make sure you have the most important tools with you. We stayed with 5 persons, unfortunately only 4 chairs. Needed to move one of the bar stools - which immediately broke. Was charged 250$ for a so called danish design stool - in my eyes a moon price for a very much used piece of furniture. Be cautious- almost everything is old and shaky: Dinner table (needed to stabilize the glas plate holder, otherwise the table has an inclination of almost 20deg), also the two sideboards in the dinner area and living room were shaky. One window did not fully close - which is not so important in summer times. Two other windows cannot be opened, because the opening mechanism is broken or missing. The TV is big, but software is extremely slow. dishes, flatware, mugs old and do not fit together. All in all: somehow okayish, but far away from „modern“ as advertised. if you don’t need to cook and if you only need a place to sleep close to SF, you might be happy with this property. I will definitely look for something else.
