Positive: Claudia was able to organise the transfer to/from the airport, which was awesome! The apartment is very clean and homely. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. There was a lovely basket of food to welcome us as well. Claudia met us at the door. The location is superb.

Negative: Nothing! It was perfect.
