Bizard is the ideal place to meet with family or friends, to organize internships, seminars or retreats, and this at 2H15 from Paris. Space, calm and comfort are the most! All on a 700 ha property. A small house attached to the ruins (opposite the Château de Bizard - prohibited to the public) is occupied by a young and sympathetic very discreet family.
Everyone has their own garden space.
Two parts: the house and the outbuilding. 10 rooms:
In the Residence: 4 bedrooms with double beds (king bed), 2 bedrooms with twin beds and 1 bedroom with 1 bed. As well as 5 bathrooms.
Very large kitchen - dining room: the friendly place where everyone can find a small glass of rosé in hand. Very well equipped kitchen.
The living room is very cozy and comfortable with all its sofas and its wood stove (wood offered). The homemade coffee table is still all the rage!
A beautiful back kitchen hides the 2 fridges, the 2 dishwashers, the washing machine, the dryer, the oil boiler.
In the outbuilding, 3 bedrooms upstairs with their private bathroom and downstairs a large living room; the working or relaxation lounge with internet access, and the pleasure lounge with the beautiful ping pong table.

As for the exteriors, a beautiful 12/5 m swimming pool with a flat bottom (140 cm), heated from June to mid September at 24 degrees. Pergolas and pool beds to enjoy the view of the fields and the forest. A beautiful terrace protected by a pergola will allow you to have lunch and dinner outside in the shade. Possibility of long walks in the woods on foot, by bike or on horseback. Tennis is next to the owners' house, as well as the fishing pond where amateurs will enjoy.
La Demeure de Bizard is located at Domaine "Les Orfeuilles" in Monthou-sur-Cher.
This magnificent residence is reserved for families, respectful couples, who will make it an honor not to deteriorate the premises. Young people under 30, parties, parties and weddings are prohibited.
