0 floor -Stoudio with separated entrance, and is small flat. it have1 single bed and sofa ( 140x200), kitchen for coffee, toilet with shower.
Huge balconies around, that you can enjoy your meals or a glass of wine. The balcony has its own outside table with cheers. Big Terrace with rent and furniture, The territory is fenced with a fence. We offer free parking for car, possible to park near the house. it is not aloud to wash the cars.
The house is within two minutes walking distance - 150 steps, from the beautiful and clean sandy beach. In our house you can enjoy a quiet environment into the nature and near the sea. Our beach have blue flag - it is highest mark in Greece.
Near is also Beach bar with amblers ans sun beds, with menu and drinks.
House is 8 minutes walk from Dionisiou Beach village and 25 minutes from Nea Moudania Town(out of the town) in very quiet place. Nea Moudania has big Super Markets, bazaar, in walking distance, taverns.
Dionisiou in walking distance, mini markets,pharmacy, have taverns, where you can enjoy Greek, Mediterranean dishes, time attractions for children.
It is separated House and we rent it all year.
No smoking in the house.
