GRAND GÎTE 12 people (160 m²) at LA FERME D'HEURTELOUP near the animal park of Thoiry (10min), Giverny (30min), Versailles (45 min) and Paris (45min), 2 simple country cottages and functional in a spacious independent barn, renovated, in a pretty farmhouse (18th century) in the peace in the middle of the fields (about 800 m of logging road to access it), overlooking the Vaucouleurs valley. Ideal for meetings, rest, / recharge, hikes (near GR26, and GR11) - but please no noisy parties after 11:30 pm in the gîtes

Capacity for 12 people, (4 single rooms, 2 double rooms, 1 large room 4 people, 4 bathrooms), terrace.
- GROUND FLOOR: entrance, large living room (42 m²) with living room, fireplace and American kitchen; bedroom - single bed - with integrated bathroom (adapted for disabled people).
- 1st FLOOR: large attic bedroom (24m²): 140cm double bed, 120cm double bed, integrated bathroom; 6 pretty small attic rooms (8-10m² on the ground), with sloping ceilings and wooden cladding, some with exposed beams, each with its sink: 4 bedrooms with 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds simple; 2 adjoining bathrooms.
750 € / week - 450 € weekend 2 nights - When the heating is switched on, a supplement to the lump sum of 10 € / night will be applied
Optional: 24m² meeting room / library with 18 seats, as an extension of the gîte, WC, € 100 per day.
FARM IN ACTIVITY: organic market gardening, organic wood baking, laying hens. Its production is sold in the farm shop and around. Open shop: Saturday (10 am-1pm).
OPTIONAL: Our prices include a duvet + pillow for each bed, but not sheets, towels or kitchen towels.
Firewood: € 50 / cubic meter
THE HOUSEHOLD: 60 € included
Arrival departure :
By default, arrivals are between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m and departures before 5:00 p.m. for weekends, before 12:00 p.m. for weekly rentals. If you want other times, please agree with us.
Payment terms: non-refundable deposit (30%) will be requested when signing the reservation contract. The rest of the sum will be paid upon arrival, as well as a deposit (large gite: 200 €, studio: 100 €) which will be refunded after an inventory upon departure. Payment in cash or by check (payable to Nicolas Humphris).
