Positive: Host made good contact, everything re keys / wifi / facilities very clear with info card in the property.

Negative: THe lane from the street a bit difficult in a largish car - but OK. Maybe the furnishings / amabience and decor are a bit dilapidated and need refurbishment, but given the price, good value.

Summary: Every thing I nereded for a short business trip when out most of the day.
