Visit a Jungle Paradise and enjoy the sun on your skin as you lounge on the private cabana and relax in your own lush California-Delta oasis. Private jungle bungalow is a custom 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home that is Moroccan-Boho inspired with jungle plants, art & modern amenities.

So many Adventures: Eat al fresco on the deck cabana with tiki bar, patio couch & firepit, sunbathe in your deck lounger, paddle board or enjoy the outdoor trampoline off the dock. Pontoon boat rental also available.

Our Waterfront Bungalow Paradise is located away from the city and bustle but conveniently located near a golf course, delta marina, restaurants, wineries, farmer markets, shopping, water activities, and much more.

THE DIGS:
A beautiful paradise bungalow is all yours with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One room includes a small refrigerator, microwave, desk, and closet area to hang clothes and store clothing and shoes. Both bathrooms are ultra stylish and have shampoos/soaps/conditioner, hairdryer, fresh towels (resort-style amenities).

Your private deck has a cabana with a daybed couch, comfy seating, fans, outdoor heaters, misters and firepit to watch the neighboring seals, birds and boaters in or water paradise.

Enjoy drinks and meals under twinkling lights and a covered cabana-al fresco style with tiki torches to set the jungle-vibe. Have a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the dock or in our small tropical garden. Wine cooler, tiki bar, BBQ, small hot tub, and out door shower, and boat dock for a small boat is available during your stay.

FUN ADVENTURES & ACTIVITIES:
There are so many fun things to do at the Bungalow or nearby.
-Sunbath on many of the outdoor loungers or take a nap (pillows and comfy blankets abound)
-Read a book or journal on the swing chairs or in the side gardens
-Nature watching- there are seals, so many birds in the area
-Outdoor BBQ and eat al fresco. We have a BBQ, Smoker, Pizza Oven or Grill for you to use
-Games- we have board games and fun outdoor activities for fun for all ages
-Ride a bike (bikes available for an additional charge) and the neighborhood and parks are a short ride
-Tennis and Pickleball courts are just a few blocks away at the community center (rackets and balls are available at request)
-Swimming in the delta or for a small fee at the public pool at the community center a few blocks away
-Wine Tasting-there are several wineries close by see the Guidebook for listings
-Farmers Market or local farms, cherry, apple, blackberry picking- there is always something going on at the local farms.
-Boating, rent a boat for an afternoon on the water!

LOCATION: Paradise! 45 min to an hour from San Francisco and home is 15 minutes by boat to fast water. The lush backyard and deck has a beautiful water view overlooking a private bay.

SORRY NOT A PARTY HOUSE:
Sorry this home is for a relaxing time, not a party. If you are coming to have a party, this home is not for you. Only small private parties are allowed, and larger events or experiences are allowed with permission only (see Experiences for details).

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES
Please be kind to the home-many of the items & artwork are one of a kind and they're very difficult to replace, please treat the Bungalow like your own home. Please don't take anything at the end of your stay.

We welcome you with the essentials, and some extras, we leave guests shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, the essentials and basics to cook, the drinking water is filtered, as is all the hot water throughout the house.

Please watch children near the water and hot tub - both of which a child could drown in if not supervised. That is your responsibility.

Please do not blast the speakers in the living room, they will blow and it is disrespectful to our neighbors. Please just play gentle volume of music to prevent that from happening.

When not using the umbrellas outside, please put them away or fold them in and lay them to the ground so that the wind does not take them away. Please do not eat or drink on the furniture-it will stain and you will be required to pay for cleaning and repairs.

Please read this section carefully. Violations of house rules may result in a fine and possible immediate removal from the property. By completing your booking, you agree to abide by all of these rules and promptly pay any associated penalties.

Guests without any positive reviews must provide a supplementary deposit of $1000. This fee will be submitted once your reservation is confirmed, must be paid within 48 hours, and will be fully refunded as soon as possible after checkout if all house rules are followed and the house is left in good condition. Should any violations arise, we may choose to deduct any fees and costs from this Management fee in addition to seeking reimbursement from Airbnb and/or the Security Deposit paid by the guest. Deductions may include (but are not limited to) items such as:

- Towels and Sheets soiled beyond cleaning
- Small breakage items (glasses and plates)
- Hourly management fees for processing such claims
- Additional guests not claimed on reservation
- Late checkout fees as indicated in house rules
- Hot tub cleaning fees resulting from misconduct

We love hosting parties and events at the Bungalow but these are priced at a different rate and must be negotiated in advance. During your stay, no more than the contracted number of people may be on the property. If you wish to invite others over, you must first write to us for permission. This helps us manage expectations for our housekeepers and the impact on the house. If you have more guests than are listed in the booking, a charge of $100 per person per day/night will be applied.

Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep music and voices at a respectful volume. There is a county-wide noise ordinance of no amplified music or loud noises outdoors after 10 p.m.

The Delta and hot tubs are fantastic and fun. But they can also be hazardous. Children in and around the water, dock must be supervised at all times by an adult. Intoxicants and bodies of water are a risky combination. So we need to say this again: you are solely responsible for your safety and the safety of all others on the property during your stay.

There is a beautiful fireplace in the house, but for insurance purposes we do not allow guests to use it unless otherwise negotiated with us.

The Bungalow (inside and out) is a non-smoking building. Smoking is only allowed outdoors and more than 25 feet from the house with all windows and doors to the home closed. You must remove all cigarette butts from the property to avoid additional cleaning fees.
