You'll occupy the first floor of a detached house set in a large courtyard with a dedicated parking space. The exterior features a shady garden with barbecue and garden furniture, and behind a typical Normandy hedge, an orchard of fruit trees (approx. 1500 m2 in total).

Entrance with PRM ramp opens onto the living room with fireplace, TV and fiber for WiFi, a new fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a 140x190 electric articulated bed and a large antique wardrobe and a shower room with WC and large walk-in shower equipped for people with reduced mobility (folded bed for a child up to twelve and equipment for baby on demand)
Shared annex with a 9 kg washing-drying machine, an additional stove with oven and a dishwasher.
Bicycle parking available.
The property is fully fenced and your pets are welcome, but must be notified when booking.
Board and outdoor games available (badminton rackets, football ball, petanque balls, beach toys and equipment for fishing in the rocks at low tide, etc.). Also a radio/CD as well as books and music CDs.
Guidebooks (FR, GB, DE, NL), local tourist maps, as well as flyers with ideas for outings are available on site, as are many others from the Port-Bail-sur-Mer tourist office, where you can book crossings to the Channel Islands.
