To spend good times in the Landes, we offer you this charming typical Landes house from 1906 for 7 people renovated in 2022 located in the village of Azur along the road leading to Messanges beach.

It is located on 600m² of wooded land located at the back of the house with an INTEX inflatable jacuzzi. Possibility of parking 3 cars.

The house is 110 m² and has:
- 3 bedrooms with shelves and wardrobe: two bedrooms with a 160 cm bed and one bedroom with a 160 cm bed + a convertible bed (max 90x200)
The rooms are large enough to accommodate a baby cot. A travel cot with mattress is available on request as well as a high chair.

- Living room and living room with kitchen (dishwasher, induction cooker, fridge, classic coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker).
- Covered terrace with garden table for 6/8 people for eating outside
- A bathroom with towel dryer

There is also a washing machine and everything needed for cleaning
You will be very well placed to access the Landes beaches and their surf spots: Messanges at 7km, Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains and Moliets-et-Maa at 8 km, but also Hossegor and Capbreton at 25 km.

You will be 27km from Dax and Spain is only an hour away.

The Moliets-et-Maa golf course is 15 minutes away by car.

For water activities, Lake Azur is less than 2 km from the house.
All shops are available in Soustons and Messanges (less than 10 minutes by car). There are many local markets all summer, especially in Léon which is 10 minutes by car.

Cycle path 500m away.

Three adult bikes are available.

300m from the house, pétanque, basketball and football courts and a playground for children.

Free WiFi with sufficient connection for teleworking.
There is an outdoor electrical outlet near the parking lot to allow you to charge an electric or hybrid car.
