This charming country house is surrounded by woods and bordered by two streams. Situated 5 minutes' walk from the picturesque village of Lignan de Bordeaux, it's friendly bistrot and extensive bicycle track. It's also a short walk to Château de Seguin, a quality winery and reception venue, with its boutique, visit & tasting facilities.
The house has 3 large bedrooms, a separate fully equipped kitchen (microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher,etc), a comfortable lounge/dining room, a large bathroom with Italian style shower, double washbasin and toilet, and a second bathroom with shower, washbasin & toilet upstairs. There is a downstairs utility room with washing machine & dryer. Outside, there is a large, landscaped (and fenced) garden, with a safe play area for children, a large shaded patio for outside dining, ping pong table, badminton, and 10 x 5m swimming pool shared with us.
There are many activities in and around our lovely village, including *the longest bicycle track in the South West (we have bikes available for hire)*indoor & outdoor tennis courts,* for culture, #wine Tours : Lignan is 16 km from the historic and elegant city of Bordeaux.
