The Villa is consisted of 3 floors, the ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor.
The ground floor offers plenty of space for you to enjoy! ​It includes a huge lawn and garden, along with a stone paved patio surrounding the Villa. A unique traditional stone Barbeque is also located at the ground floor, ready for you to grill while enjoying some ouzo and meze! For groups larger than 6 people, the Villa on its ground floor also offers the option of an additional independent Studio and a 1-Bedroom apartment! The 1st floor is consisted of the main living spaces of the Villa. It includes a spacious living room along with a large dinning table and a comfortable working space with a desktop screen. In addition, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything a family will need, right next to a second smaller dinning table. Also, a huge balcony with a view of the town can be used all day, for a morning breakfast, a midday coffee and a night wine, while enjoying the amazing view it offers. Finally, the floor also includes a bathroom with a shower.
The 2nd floor is the main sleeping area. It includes the Master Bedroom with a gorgeous front view of the town and the lagoon, one Double Bedroom also with the same front view, and a second rear Double Bedroom with side view of the surrounding hill. The Master Bedroom and the front view Double Bedroom both share the huge balcony. The rear Double Bedroom has its own small private Balcony. The 2nd floor also has a large bathroom with a bathtub. The 2nd floor is linked with internal stairs with the 1st floor
