The house is located about 5 km north of Faliraki, quiet on a small hill. The private road with no through traffic ends at the House. Find guaranteed peace and relaxation. Relax in the beautifully landscaped garden and the wonderfully large pool.
Renovated in 2014 house has three floors and has been completely furnished with fine marble floor. The interior is very comfortable, the furniture made of precious woods. Here no wishes remain unsatisfied. Downstairs you will find a very well equipped fitted kitchen with all kinds of electrical appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, an open dining area and a living room with open fireplace and satellite TV. There is also a toilet with a sink and a washing machine. Internet (wireless) is of limited benefit. On the first floor you will find two spacious bedrooms. One of them with two single beds (1.00 m x 2.00 m) and one with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). Both bedrooms are very comfortably furnished. Also, here's a small private connected. The large bathroom with a large sink with cabinet and drawers, mirror, shower and toilet has all the comforts. On the second floor are almost finished the first floor, a small entrance area with a large closet, a bedroom with double bed (1,60 mx 2,00 m), the output to a large terrace and a bathroom with Greek shower, sink and WC. Air conditioners are available in the two bedrooms on the first and second floor and can be used if necessary (for a fee per bedroom).
The large terrace is comfortably arranged with barbecue, bread oven and furniture. Here you have a wonderful view of the pool and in the lovely garden. If you go out of the kitchen or the living room to the outside, you have directly the pool area in mind and be able to go a few steps into the cool water. The large pool and garden is for private use.Each house has its own entrance, which gives you complete privacy, everything is laid out secluded.
Children under 14 are not allowed to pool without adult supervision to use. A rental car is recommended. Long-term tenants are welcome.
The nearest beach is just a few minutes. Rhodes town with its beautiful sights can be reached within 7 km. Large supermarkets such as Lidl or A & B can be found on the main road, only about 3 km. Lindos is about 35 km south.
