It’s the largest district in Lyon. It is located on an almost flat territory, the alluvial plain of the Rhône. There are part of the universities, the Cité Scolaire Internationale, the Halle Tony Garnier where there are many fairs and concerts, the Parc de Gerland. The banks of the Rhône offer a very pleasant walk where cyclists, rollerbladers, joggers and walkers meet night and day!
