Built on a beautiful 1000 m2 enclosed garden with trees, the villa has a large wooden terrace with a private 8 * 4 heated and secure swimming pool with a large paddling pool for children and mothers !!!
The villa consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, a spacious living room with large openings opening onto a covered terrace facing the pine trees and the swimming pool.
You have 3 bedrooms including a dormitory with two bunk beds (for 4 children), 2 bathrooms, a cellar, 1 wc.
Outside a shed * completes this set. The latter consists of a double bedroom with shower room and wc.
The villa has an independent garage and parking for 2 cars.
Comfort and careful decoration make it an exceptional place.
The villa is fully air conditioned and the swimming pool heated from June to September.
We provide you with a plancha, a barbecue, a ping-pong table.
A deposit of € 1,500 is required for your stay upon arrival payable by check or bank transfer. This will be returned to you within a maximum of 14 days if no damage is found.
* The rental of the Cabanon is optional, its price is € 200 per week.
The cleaning costs are 150 € for the villa or 200 € for the villa + shed.
