Summary: We had a lovely stay here. The pool is fantastic and location is brilliant. Eretria is a really nice town and we enjoyed being able to cycle in to town. It is a slightly quirky villa in terms of layout. The kitchen is on two levels up two sets of stairs. There is a lower ground room with no aircon but a fan and a big bathroom. Aircon in other rooms worked well. The bed in one room creaked each time you moved which was not ideal. The kitchen is reasonably equipped but we ended up buying some glasses and bowls. Not a lot of space to prepare food - but enough. There is an option to pay for a clean in the middle of a two week stay - which we felt should just be provided and probably not be an additional expense when you look at the overall cost of the villa. The host was very responsive and a gardener and pool cleaner kept things nice outside. Overall it was a great 2 weeks.
