The Lupantien located in the heart of Saint-Louans (Chinon) a quiet village and character in the vineyards, located in the Loire Valley a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This House Tours 95 m² restored respecting the tradition and the local architecture is the perfect place for your stay in Rabelais.
For between 4 and 5 people, our house has two bedrooms:
The Crimson room romantic style offers sleeping 140 × 190.
The yellow room and its bucolic character has twin beds (90 × 140).
The cozy living area consists of a lounge area and dining room and a kitchen with many amenities: free wi-fi, first hi-fi, TV, DVD player (accompanied a selection of films shot in Touraine), armchairs and sofa, second dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and small electrical appliances. Obviously add all the accessories necessary for the implementation of meals as well as dishes and cutlery.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a washing machine. The toilets are independent.
