Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: This was a self catering apartment which was clean and comfortable and had all the equipment I needed. I was easy walking distance to both the beach and the town and waterside cafes.

Negative: No staff on duty and although I had booked a time of arrival I waited 2hours before I searched for a local telephone number for help and was told to take a room no which had a key in the door later I had to call again as the electricity wasn’t working and it was explained to me that it worked with the key the system I hadn’t seen before I know my visit was off season and I understand that stuff aren’t always available but would’ve been grateful. Had this been explained to me and what I had to do through the booking process.
