LA ROCHELLE PERIGNY, superb contemporary villa for 6 people, 180m², in Périgny, more precisely near the town hall park, 10 minutes from La Rochelle.
Head for the old market of La Rochelle under the almost bicentennial market hall, the large 18th century clock and the two towers of the old port, the last vestiges of Richelieu's siege of the city. Visit the fantastic La Rochelle aquarium and its hundreds of species of marine fauna and flora or the Maritime Museum and its collection of old rigging.
In the immediate vicinity of the century-old Parc des Coureilles, come and enjoy our house, ideally located 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike from the old port of La Rochelle, 20 minutes by car from Ile de Ré or Chatelaillon and 30 minutes by car from the Marais Poitevin.
Our house built in 2018 will offer you all the space and comfort necessary for a successful vacation by the pool.
The house is located at the end of a dead end street, the garden is enclosed by a wall and not overlooked. The environment is very calm, flowery and wooded. Its privileged geographical location will allow you to enjoy the sea, the beaches of Chatelaillon, Aytré or Ile de Ré.

A large entrance including toilets extends into an open space combining living room and living room of 60m² bathed in light on one side by a large landscaped patio and on the other, south side, by the garden and the terrace surrounding the swimming pool.

A large south/southwest facing terrace of more than 100m² surrounding a large 10 x 5 swimming pool, heated to 28° and secured by an automatic shutter meeting current safety standards.
A barbecue area, access to a ping-pong table, an exercise bike and a sauna.
In front of the house there is private parking.
Park 100m away with games for children, skate park and bowling green 1 min walk away and shops 5 min walk away (bakery, butcher shop, supermarket, restaurants, market, newsagents, etc.)
Household linen provided, travel cot for baby.
Pets not accepted.
