Located in the rural town of Lézardrieux (Presqu’île) 22740 in a very quiet location.
It is 400m from the beach and 850m from shops.

-On the ground floor: a master suite with a 160 bed, with its bathroom (shower). A large living room with corner leather sofa, large flat screen TV and DVD player, board games. A toilet. Upstairs: The second bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 and a cot. The third bedroom with a double bed of 140. A bathroom with bath, basin and WC.

-A landscaped garden of 241m² with tree, shrubs, perennials and many flowers (entered in the competition for flowering houses in the town). 4 lounge chairs. A terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. A portico with slide. Private and secure parking for about 3 cars.
