Surf Station MIBC204 is a remodeled 2/2 pool front condo. It is located on the 3rd floor, with no elevator access. It offers a large deck outside to enjoy the Gulf breeze! Nicely stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjacent to the dining room. Nice, comfy new furniture in the spacious living area which is open to the kitchen and dining area. The complex features a boardwalk to beach, fish cleaning station, heated community pool and hot tub. Short walk to the boardwalk or there are a few parking spaces near the boardwalk.
Parking for 2 maximum.
Sorry, golf carts are not allowed.
Boats and trailers are NOT allowed.
