It is between the Vilaine and the mall, the new place for conviviality in the Rennes, lined with new bars and restaurants with their friendly terraces that this apartment is located.
Entirely renovated, it has two rooms with a tasteful decoration mixing chic and industrial like an apartment in Williamsburg in Brooklyn.
Only a few minutes walk from the town centre, the mall, this tree-lined street is the perfect place to come and take the pulse of the town, have a drink, go to the organic and local produce market on Wednesday afternoons, on some Sundays you can find nuggets from booksellers, antique dealers, do sports or play local games such as the puck offered by the various bars, grocery stores and restaurants.
